Welcome to Clinton Oaks

The things you will need to do when bringing 'baby home'

  1. A small crate for the car ride home, borrow a cat carrier or if you have one GREAT!

  2. Dog crate.  The size for a Golden, Vizsla & Cocker would be the same 24 x 36 OR 30 x 42

  3. Puppy Food.  All of our puppies are weaned to IAM'S SMART PUPPY, DO NOT BUY ANOTHER BRAND even IF your Vet recommends it...wait

  4. Ceramic bowls...Appropriate size for your breed so they aren't easily tipped, puppy will grow into them quickly.

  5. A quiet few days so the puppy can get acclimated.

  6. Appropriate toys for him/her to play with.

  7. Your puppy book so you may refer back to the instruction manual!

  8. Collar adjustable, woven about 3 or 4 bucks each... add a bell so you can hear where pup is!

  9. A 6' Leather leash 1/2 inch, don't leave it lying around. The dogs like to EAT them.
